Hi! We are Jawara and Monisha Middleton and we are the husband and wife team here at Low Country Kid Grill and Catering. Owned and operated since 2020, we started with backyard BBQ’s for family and friends and have now grown into a small Grill/BBQ and catering company.
Whether you are planning a company gathering, wedding, anniversary or birthday celebration, we will plan and coordinate a menu that suits you and your guests.
From early on in my life, we always had an interest in cooking. We both come from large families and great food always played an important part. From Sunday meals to full on family reunions, cooking always brought our families together in unforgettable ways. Our families are very connected to the Gullah culinary traditions in which you will find an array of one pot dishes, deep frying, rice dishes, sea food, boiling and steaming, and natural seasonings consistent with all characteristics of Low Country Gullah food and heritage.
Lowcountry cooking is a way of bringing families together and celebrating a families’ tradition.

Once received, we will respond to you within 24hrs. Please allow us a minimum of 72 hours to process your request.
For large catering orders (weddings, receptions) additional lead time is required.

4) Beyond 25 miles – $75 plus $1 per mile
